Designed with the idea of entering the data once and using it throughout your and entire agency, the Crime Analysis Database is a report entry system, crime analysis system, records management system (or RMS), and case tracking system all in one. With one point of entry for data, users can view arrests, crimes, stolen vehicles, missing persons, registered sex offenders, and many other records. All data can be queried and analyzed in multiple ways; a number of analytical reports within the Crime Analysis Database will not only help you study and understand crime better but will also assist you in taking measures to prevent crime.
The Crime Analysis Database provides input, edit, and delete features for crime, suspect, arrest, stolen vehicle, recovered vehicle, missing person, citizen contact, 290 registrant, and field information reports. It has the ability to query all the records in the Database by any of a large set of parameters, conduct person and vehicle searches, and produce effective, informative reports, ranging from crime statistics and crime codes verification to crime reports, citizen contact summaries, and burglary summaries.
What is more, the Crime Analysis Database is fully customizable to suit your specific departmental needs--including the ability to use input screens that are identical to the reports that your officers or deputies typically use.
